Just make sure that you have the best possible quality design files and any formats that we accept (JPG, PNG, ...).

Yes, you can order any project that you made - go to your "MY projects" page and start the order process from there!

Yes, you can go to your "MY orders"- page to check the status of your order;
following tracking points for your order will be indicated:
- AWAITING PAYMENT (if anything went wrong with your payment > please "VIEW" your order and repeat the payment process
- IN PRODUCTION (we are busy making your unique products)
- SHIPPED (your product left our factory by courier service)
- COMPLETED (you have received your products)

Unfortunately not, once you have placed an order, we immediately start production in order to provide a speedy service. Pls. check your product (photo quality, spelling, layout, ..) carefully before you order.
